Privacy policy

CRS Services d'entretien (“CRS”) respects the privacy of the people who visit c-r-s.ca and who entrust it with personal information. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect only what you enter in it:
- your name and, where applicable, the name of your company;
- your email address and your phone number;
- the address or city of the premises to be cleaned and the description of the work;
- the photos you choose to attach.
For each request, our server also keeps the date it was sent and the IP address of the connection. That address is used only to block abusive automated submissions.
Why we use it
- to prepare your quote and schedule a visit;
- to reply to you by the means you chose (phone, email or text message);
- to send you a confirmation email when your request is received.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with any third party, unless required by law.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored on our own server, hosted in Canada, and sent by email to the CRS team. Emails are encrypted in transit. Requests are kept for as long as it takes to prepare the quote and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. Fonts, images and the video are served directly by our server: no request is sent to a third-party service during your visit.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Simply write to the person responsible for the protection of personal information:

We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
